We each perform a number of habits every day. Most are unconscious, many are dis-empowering . When you exchange your dis empowering habits of thought and behavior to empowering ones, and your self-belief will naturally increase.

The irony is that if you look up the word ” Self Belief” in the dictionary, it’s not there yet. That’s because I had to create that term to describe the level of belief a person has in themselves. Self-belief is different from the misleading “self-esteem” or even “self-confidence”, which itself is a subset of self-belief.

Because positive self-belief leads to positive actions, which lead to positive results, which lead to even higher self-belief, building positive self-belief is critical to living a life of more wealth and happiness.

Once you break the code of having unstoppable self-belief, you can turn the tide and make the changes you really want in your life faster, easier and with far less effort.

The things in Life that you need

Changing beliefs, emotional reactions, and destructive behaviors is through mastering your point of view, attention, and dissolving the false beliefs in your mind. When you learn to shift your Point of View you can literally move your self out of a Belief and out of an emotion.   From a new point of view you will have the awareness to see the faulty logic of the beliefs behind the behavior.  With the awareness of the false beliefs behind your actions you will be able to refrain from destructive behavior.   Eliminating the false beliefs eliminates the triggers of your emotions. It is the elimination of the false beliefs that will dissolve the fear.Requirements

The Changes

Feelings of low self esteem are based in beliefs we have in a mental image of who we are. In order to eliminate the insecurity and low self esteem we don’t have to change, we just have to change our belief in the false self image. While some people assume this may be hard, it is only challenging because most people have not learned the skills necessary to change a belief.

CHANGES

Once you practice the skills you find that changing a belief takes very little effort. You just stop believing the story in your mind. It takes more effort to believe something than it does to not believe it.

Alone 1

Sometimes it’s heartfelt to observe the inner feelings that would erupt from the inside. Sometimes the very heart misses a beat when thoughts of the past and the present can create an aura of pain deep within, but sometimes being alone is what we all need to undergo as a part of life. Our footprints get washed away only to replicate themselves once again in a few footsteps…….Our life our very precious life is very much ours to take care of.
